These ethical chocolatiers use whole food ingredients such as sunflower, pumpkin and soya beans plus essential oil based ingredients such as lavender, lime, ginger and all combined with very rich chocolate.
Handmade locally in Northamptonshire the Organic Seed and Bean chocolate Company was founded in 2005 with the idea to create an unusual range of confectionery and snacks using organic and fairtrade chocolate.
Recently in the 2011 Ethical Company Organisation "Good Shopping Guide" Seed and Bean chocolate bars were the UK's highest ranking ethical chocolate brand!
