How do I pay for items / what payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, but you can also use Paypal for a quick and easy option.
Do I need a PayPal account to buy from you on-line?
No, you can select the credit card option at the checkout.
How can I be sure my payment is secure?
Natural Creations online shop uses PayPal for all card payments, you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the Internet so no one can access your card information.
How long does delivery take?
UK delivery is typically within 1-5 working days of the date you place your order. In practice, we find that many orders arrive within 1-2 days. Delivery to Europe is normally within 5 working days.

How will my order be delivered?
We send our jewellery in padded envelopes or in small parcels via Royal Mail. Everything needs to be signed for so if you’re planning on being out have it sent somewhere else. If you are out when your order is to be delivered, a card will be usually left and your order taken back to your local post office, then you can arrange for another delivery or pick your order up in person from the post office.
Can I send orders to more than one delivery address?
Yes, but you must place each order separately.
Do my purchases come gift wrapped?
All our jewellery comes either wrapped in acid free tissue or in a 'Natural Creations' presentation box. We also offer a gift wrapping service, for just £1.99 we'll beautifully wrap your purchase in our special gift boxes adding a hand written gift tag. To find out more Click Here
Do I get any guarantee with my jewellery?
All our products come with a one year guarantee; if it breaks we can repair or replace it. Nothing lasts forever though and if it simply wears out it’s probably time to treat yourself to something new.
How long do I have to return it if I decide it’s not right for me?
You have 28 days to return goods as long as it's in its original packaging and in a saleable condition, preferably with proof of purchase. For sale items it is 14 days. Please see our returns policy for more information.
Can I cancel an order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet there’s no problem, if it’s now in the hands of our local postman you can return it to us for a full refund.
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
The most common reason for not receiving a confirmation email is that it has ended up in your spam or bulk folders. Check these first - if you still haven't received anything, get in touch and we'll see what's gone wrong.
I Can't remember my Login Password what should I Do?
At the login page you will have the option to request a 'One Use' password which will be sent to your chosen email address. Once used to login-in you will then be asked to re-enter this new password and then create a new one which you can choose and remember.
How do I know which ring size to order?
If you are not familiar with which ring size fits you best, please see our Ring Sizer help page. At Natural Creations we use UK ring sizes, most rings start at size L and occasionally go up to a size V.
