Returns

If your purchase does not come up to your expectations or does just not fit, please return it to us unused, in its original packaging, for an immediate refund or exchange. In the unusual event an item is faulty or was damaged in transit please, you must inform us by email at sales@naturalcreationsjewellery.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the faulty goods we will either issue you with a replacement if available or a full refund.

For hygiene reasons we regret that earrings for pierced ears are not returnable, unless faulty.

For Unwanted gifts please notify us of your decision to return your purchases within 14 days of receipt of your goods, either by email at sales@naturalcreationsjewellery.co.uk

The item must be returned within 28 days of your invoice date, please note for SALE items, our returns policy is 14 days. Please see the back of your delivery reciept for more details on how to return goods. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should they go missing. Buyer must cover costs of return postage and any resulting refund will be less the initial cost of postage and packing, unless the item is faulty.
