Returns
If your purchase does not come up to your expectations or does just not fit, please return it to us unused, in its original packaging, for an immediate refund or exchange. Please notify us of your decision to return your purchases within 14 days of receipt of your goods, either by email at: sales@naturalcreationsjewellery.co.uk or by post at the address below:

The item must be returned within 28 days of your invoice
date, please note for SALE items, our returns policy is 14 days.
Please see the back of your delivery receipt for more details on how
to return goods. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded
delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should they go missing.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods
and once the returned items have been received by us we will refund
the full price of the goods including delivery costs as set out in
our terms and conditions.
For hygiene reasons we regret that
earrings for pierced ears are not returnable, unless faulty.
Faulty Goods
In the unusual event an item is faulty or was damaged in transit please, you must inform us by email at sales@naturalcreationsjewellery.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of the goods. On receipt of the faulty goods we will either issue you with a replacement if available or a full refund.
Christmas Extended Returns Policy
Many of our customers will be purchasing products as presents for Christmas and as a result we have extended our returns policy until the 13th of January. If you wish to return your order, all you need to do is email your intention to return the product (along with order number) before the above date.
