Delivery - Free Standard UK Delivery for All Purchases Over £30
£2.95 - Standard Delivery to UK for under £30, typical delivery time is 1-5 working days for packing, dispatch and delivery.
£6.95 - Next day Delivery to UK, If you place your order before 2pm (Monday – Friday), we’ll dispatch it right away and you’ll receive it the following working day, (if ordered on Friday then it will be delivered on Monday) . Please make sure someone is in to sign for the delivery. For a small number of remote postcodes delivery will take 2 days. For A list of affected areas please see below
£8 - Delivery for all European orders, we dispatch via 'Royal Mail international signed for', this service will reach most of Europe within 5 days. Please make sure someone is in to sign for the delivery, or your order is collected from your local post office as we can not be held responsible for uncollected parcels.
For delivery outside the European Union, we need to quote you for a delivery price before dispatch. Please contact us at sales@naturalcreationsjewellery.co.uk with your order details and delivery address and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
We send most orders via recorded Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. We are unable to accept an order where the delivery address is a PO Box, Hotel or similar.
If your parcel is returned to ourselves uncollected, additional postage costs will be incurred to resend the item. Failure to comply with these charges will result in the order being cancelled and refunded.
Wherever possible (and 99% of the time) all goods displayed in the website are in stock and ready to go, but if for any reason this isn't the case we will let you know straight away so that you can amend or cancel your order.
