By purchasing any products (the "Product") and by using this Website you acknowledge that you have read and you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The personal information relating to your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number(s), product selections, credit card or other payment information ("Personal Information") which you are required to provide when you register as a customer must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Purchase of products
All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. Natural Creations Jewellery is entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If the Product becomes unavailable prior to delivery we will notify you and give you the choice of a refund or of purchasing an alternative Product.

Product Descriptions
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
Also many of our products are handmade or feature natural materials including semi-precious stones, so colours and markings will inevitably vary slightly from piece to piece. All measurments are approximate.

Prices
Natural Creations Jewellery has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing. In the event a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will notify you of the correct price by e-mail and we will give you the choice of either purchasing the Product at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you confirm you want the Product at the corrected price we will deliver the Product to you. If payment has been charged for the purchase and you cancel your order we will immediately issue a refund.

All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT.

Payment
Payment can be made by cresit card or through PayPal checkout. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your Goods or provision of service to you.
Your payment will be processed by a secure connection at the time you place your order on the relevant section of the Website, but will not be debited from you account until the purchases are ready to be dispatched.
You may also contact us on 0115 9445097 if you wish to pay over the phone using a credit or debit card.

Cancellation of Order
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods, but out of good will we have extended this to 14 working days. You must notifying us of your decesion by email at sales@naturalcreationsjewellery.co.uk or by post at the address set out at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions.
If you cancel the contract and then you receive the goods you must not unpack them from their packaging but must immediately send them back to us. The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods if he or she exercises this right of cancellation under the Regulations.

Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within 28 days of your invoice date and in original, undamaged packaging following the procedure outlined in the Returns section of this website. Please be aware that for SALE items the returns policy is 14 days.
We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser, or exchange the product if an exchange has been requested, once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. Please note that we can only accept returns on pierced earrings if faulty. None of the above conditions affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.

Limatation of our Liability
Natural Creations Jewllery shall under no circumstances be liable for any consequential or indirect damage or loss, however caused, (including (but not restricted to) loss of business or profits, loss of goodwill, damage to trading relationships, loss of data and other financial loss. (“Financial loss” in this sense does not refer to the price you have paid for the goods, which we may be liable to refund to you, in whole or in part, if the goods are faulty or do not comply with their description). Natural Creations Jewellery liability in respect of all other losses, shall be limited to the invoiced amount of the relevant order, provided it has been paid.
Access to and use of this Website is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the use of this Website or any material downloaded from it will not cause damage to any property, including but not limited to loss of data or computer virus infection. We accept no liability for viruses. We recommend that you take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information or images from the Website.

Nothing in this agreement shall limit Natural Creations Jewellery liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable to you for any delay in, or failure of, performance of our obligations under these Terms and Conditions arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control. These include failure in information technology or telecommunications services, failure of a third party, war, fire, flood and industrial strikes.

Guarantee of Products
In the unlikely event of a breakage due to workmanship, you can return/exchange the item within 30 days of purchase, or we will repair your item free of charge within one year of receipt. If a piece of jewellery is damaged, not due to workmanship (through misuse, accident, or neglect) a small fee will be charged to cover the cost of materials and time spent on the repair. Please contact us beforehand to let us know what’s wrong with the item and for a quote. Please note that regularly worn bead-strung pieces should be restrung every 12 months or so, to avoid breakages.

Law and Jurisdiction
Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England, Scotland and Wales. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. All contracts are concluded in English.

Natural Creations Jewellery reserves the right to change the content of the pages of this website and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
